2-Day Return Policy
Unused and unworn sterling silver jewelry can be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable unless the item is received damaged or defective.
All items must be returned with intact original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. The full eligible value of the returned product will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the product back at our facility.

General Return Conditions
All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Items with significant damage, excessive wear, or missing components may be rejected. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by a clear unboxing video.
